In a league where the categories are OBP (weighted 1.25..and the other four categories are 1.0), ISO, net sbs, runs produced and k%. NL only keeper, and u can keep them as long as you want when they are in the minors and then 5 years once they hit majors...how would u rank these guys
V Scott
L De Vries
J Vargas
M Shaw
B Wilken
T Bazzana (obv a decent chance he doesn't end up NL but I'd have to pick him now)
In a league format like this, I'd be tempted to go with Victor Scott 1st. He'd help in 4 categories with one of them being a league-winning amount of points in stolen bases. The OBP won't hurt, nor will the runs produced or his K%. The only thing I can think of is his ISO not being up to par but you can bridge that gap elsewhere.
Scott - Wilken - Shaw - Vargas - Bazzana, De Vries as of now -- I only rank Bazzana that low because I need to see him get a dip in the minors before I annoint him the second coming, but Bazzana does have the potential to be a beast in your league format. He walks more than he strikes out and he offers both HR and SB potential, lifting your runs produced, ISO, OBP, and keeping the K% at bay. De Vries has no sample to go off, but he's looking like a Chourio-lite to me with a potential floor of 15-20 given his profile so this ranking will easily change in the coming months.
I think Wilken will be an excellent run producer who offers good OBPs and ISOs. He won't run and he may post decently high K rates, but there's a chance to improve there. I view Shaw similarly -- good run producer with good ISO's but he'll walk less and since OBP is weighted at 1.25 he drops a bit. Shaw will run more but not sure how much he actually runs at the next level. It's close -- and I'd push Shaw up if I could be guaranteed double-digit steals out of him.

Also, looking at your mock draft. If it was Condon instead of Bazzana would u rate him higher?
No, I'd still rate Bazzana higher in your format because of the potential for steals.
True--but wont matter if, as your draft says, the Rockies rate Condon higher
Interesting..what tilts the scales on Wilken over Shaw?
I think Wilken will be an excellent run producer who offers good OBPs and ISOs. He won't run and he may post decently high K rates, but there's a chance to improve there. Where would the 2 or 3 top college guys fit in here?
Bazzana and Kurtz are probably right after Wilken in the 30 range. Wetherholt in the 35-45 range.
