2024 Dynasty SS Targets

We have a loaded position here at Shortstop and there are a lot of studs among the top options. You have Corey Seager, Bobby Witt Jr., Trea Turner, and Gunnar Henderson to name a few. Those will likely cost you a buck more than you want to spend unless you were already sitting on them before their breakouts. Some are established vets and some are up-and-coming bonafide superstars. Some are regressing veterans and some are potential breakouts with elite tools we’ve yet to see carry over into a full-season worth of production.

We’ll go over some strategies and look at some sleepers at the position relative to their ADP. We’ll even look at some up-and-coming stars that might be priced high and weigh whether the risk is worth the reward.

As we did with our C & 1B Targets and with our 2B Targets, we’ll go over some second-half surges and second-half slumps to see who’s worth betting on for 2024 and beyond. After that, we’ll go over some sleepers & breakouts at the position who I think will be worth their cost or will outperform their cost.
